When you need dinner in 10 minutes and don’t want to compromise on flavour, this gochujang ramen stir fry is the answer.

Ingredients (1 serving)

1 pack Hungry Korean Thick Ramen Noodles, 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp Hungry Korean Gochugaru Chili Flakes, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp maple syrup or honey, juice of 1/2 lime, 1 handful vegetables (bok choy, mushrooms, or bell pepper), sesame seeds and green onions to serve.

The Sauce

Mix gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, and lime juice together. This sauce is your secret weapon — it coats the noodles perfectly and hits every flavour note at once.

Method

Cook noodles according to the pack, drain, reserve 2 tbsp of cooking water. In the same pot or a wok, stir fry your vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Add noodles and sauce, toss everything together — add a splash of cooking water if needed to loosen the sauce. Serve immediately with sesame seeds and green onions.
