In 2011, we opened our first Hungry Korean restaurant in Hong Kong with a simple belief: great Korean food should be for everyone.
Fast forward over a decade — six locations, a loyal community, and a growing product range we’re deeply proud of. But we always knew Hong Kong wasn’t the end of the story.
Canada stood out to us. It’s a country that genuinely celebrates food culture, where people from every background cook with curiosity and eat with open minds. The kind of place where authentic Asian flavours deserve a real home.
So here we are. Not just to sell noodles and spices, but to share something real — the bold, layered, unapologetically authentic flavours of Korea and Asia.
