We launched in Canada in June 2025. A few months, hundreds of orders, and many conversations later — here’s what our first year taught us.
Canadians are serious about food. The questions we’ve received aren’t “what is this?” — they’re “where does this come from?”, “how do I use this properly?”, and “what else goes with this?”. That level of curiosity made our job easy.
The spice range resonated immediately. Five Spice Powder and Gochugaru were our fastest movers — not just among people familiar with Asian cooking, but among home cooks who wanted to try something new.
The noodle quality is noticed. Multiple people wrote to say our Thick Ramen was the closest they’d found to fresh noodle texture in a dry format. That feedback means everything to us.
We’re ending 2025 grateful, energised, and already planning what’s coming in 2026. To everyone who ordered, cooked, shared, or simply engaged with us this year — thank you. This bowl is for you. 🙏🍜
