Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $75 All Canadian orders over $75 ship free. Standard rates apply on orders under that threshold and are calculated at checkout.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days across Canada. Tracking is included on every shipment so you can follow your order from our warehouse to your door.
- International shipping We don’t ship outside Canada yet — but we are working on it. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping opens.
Returns
- 30-day return window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened For food-safety reasons, returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first Please email or message us before sending anything back. We will guide you through the return process and send a prepaid label when applicable.
- Damaged in transit? If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately — no return required.
